1. Join A Free Consultation

2. Appointment with MD
We will review your labs and intake forms during this first session. We can review your hormone replacement options AND if you’re in clinic you can have your pellets inserted without having to make a second appointment!
3. Recieve Medication
Depending on what you choose for medication it can either be handled in the clinic or directly mailed to your door. Using pellets? The hormones from pellets can last anywhere from 4-6 months making this a more convenient option.

You will be working alongside an MD with monthly appointments. You will also have access to a messaging portal for your questions to be addressed in between appointments.
- Acupuncturist
Having an acupuncturist who can help mitigate any side effects means we can titrate the medication quicker and get you the results you are looking for in a shorter amount of time.
- Monthly Group Calls
These calls are structured in a way that you will learn about ways to implement lifestyle changes, while also being supported in areas that seems to be challenging. Questions on exercise, nutrition, stress management etc- these group coaching calls are here to cover them all!
- Receive Medications
We will deliver straight to your door with all the supplies you need!
